I am Sebastian, a founder. I build FourthSpace, a spatial intelligence company. We use data and AI to understand how people actually move through and use the spaces around them, and we turn that into something cities and operators can act on.

The thesis is simple. GPS was the last real breakthrough in geospatial, and that was fifty years ago. Knowing where something is is no longer the hard part. Understanding how a place works, who uses it and how that changes, is. That is the next leap, and it is the one I am building.

I co-founded RISE Hub to bring SEIS and EIS style startup tax incentives to Romania. Better rules build better companies, and the earliest-stage founders feel the difference most. I also angel invest, backing early-stage founders whose work I would want to use myself.

I tend to work quietly and let the work make the argument. I would rather ship something precise and useful than talk about it. When I do write, it is usually short notes on cities, software, and the craft of building both.
